COVID-19 Safety & Precautions 

The health & safety of our clients are top priority at Amber Star Photography. I would like to reassure you that I am taking all precautions advised by WHO and CDC, to maintain a sterile environment at my studio so that my littlest clients and their families are protected. 

You MUST reschedule if you are presenting any of the following symptoms of COVID-19:

• Fever

• Shortness of breath

• Dry cough

• Runny nose

• Sore throat

  Should you present with any of these symptoms, 14 days prior up to the day of your scheduled session, you will contact Amber Star Photography to reschedule the session.  There is no fee for rescheduling. 

  If you should be diagnosed to be COVID-19 positive within 14 days following my session, you will contact Amber Star Photography to let them know of your positive diagnosis.

Amber Star Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session at any point in time due to COVID-19 implemented regulations, health concerns, possible exposure, or arising symptoms of COVID-19, and is not liable for any costs accrued by the client (i.e. hair appointments, cakes, balloons, etc) in association with my session.

Coming in for your session:

• Follow the sick policy listed above.

• For the time being, sessions will be limited to immediate family only.

• Take your temperature the morning of your session - BEFORE coming into the studio.

• Remove shoes upon entering the studio.

• Wash hands thoroughly for at least 30 seconds when entering the studio.

What I am doing: 

• I am minimizing the foot traffic to allow for time for thorough sanitation and cleaning.

• After each session, the studio is deep cleaned. I sanitize every surface that can possibly be touched before and after sessions so that germs aren’t spread between clients. All surfaces are wiped with disinfectant wipes. Every backdrop, wrap, and prop used during the session is washed & sanitized. I am not allowing any outside props at this time. 

• I have plenty of soap and hand sanitizer throughout the studio. I ask that you use it every time you touch anything during your session. 

• I am wearing a mask during all sessions.
