Where are you located?
Hello Baby Studio is conveniently located in historic Old Town Spring, just north of Houston.
How far in advance do you book?
I like to advise clients to book as far in advance as possible. I like to book at least 3-4 months in advance to insure we can schedule you at the best time.

Where can I find more information on session pricing?
All sessions are all-inclusive and include high resolution digital files and a print release. I offer different collections to accommodate every budget. When do we pay?
A non-refundable $100 retainer is required at the time you book your session. The balance is due 1 day prior to your session. Acceptable payment options are: Credit Card, or Cash. All sessions and products are subject to 8.25% Texas Sales Tax.
Do you offer payment plans?
I understand that custom photography can be a big investment, and because I want everyone to be able to afford a professional photography experience. After your initial retainer payment, you can make payments in any amount toward your balance. You will have access to your online invoice in your welcome email.
When booking your session, only the retainer ($100) needs to be paid to hold your session date. The retainer is deducted from your balance. The remaining balance can be paid anytime at your convenience through your online portal. The full balance is due the day prior to your session.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available for purchase for any occasion! You can purchase the gift certificate foe any denomination. This makes a great gift for moms-to-be, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Birthday, Christmas Gifts, or just to say "I love you".
How do I book a session?
To book a session, you simply go to the BOOK page at the top of the website and choose which session you would like to book. Once you click on the session you would like, all the avaible days and times will show up on a calendar. Pick the most convenient day and time for you and the you will be directed to pay your retainer fee and sign a contract. After you have done that, you are all booked and you should receive a confirmation email with all your session info, directions, and an address. Easy Peasy!

What happens after I book my session?
You will receive a confirmation email from me within a couple hours after booking with any additional information and session details.
NEWBORN SESSIONS - About 3 weeks after your session, you will receive an online proof gallery sent via email with all of your images. You will have access to your Online Proof Gallery for 2 weeks. You will choose your favorite images and I will fully edit and enhance each of them. You will have the option to purchase additional images at this time. You can purchase individual digital images for $25, or a bundle deal that will be explained in the Proof Gallery email. Within 3-4 weeks, you will then receive your Final Online Gallery of your edited images to download and save to your computer for sharing or printing.
MATERNITY, BIG BABY, & ONE YEAR CAKE SMASH SESSIONS - About 3 weeks after your session, you will receive an online gallery sent via email with all of your images. These will be edited and ready to download immediately. You will have the option to purchase additional images at this time. You can purchase individual digital images for $25, or the entire gallery for $99.
If you have any questions or concerns, we will address them prior to your session.
Who should attend the photo session?
Anyone being photographed should attend the session. Tag alongs tend to be distracting and can become overwhelming, especially for children. Studio sessions should be limited to mom, dad, and the children being photographed.
Please advise extended family members of my studio policies. You can politely inform them that space is limited and only immediate family members should attend.
What should I bring to my NEWBORN SESSION?
I provide outfits, bonnets, headbands, and all the props for Newborn Sessions. I do not photograph any outside props.
Do NEWBORN SESSIONS include family & sibling shots?
It depends on which collection you choose. I do offer a CLASSIC NEWBORN SESSION that includes family & siblings shots. Click HERE to view all collections.
What should we wear to our FAMILY SESSION?
I always suggest light/pastel color tones. You will revive a Prep Guide after booking your session with all the tips to help you prepare for your session.
If you are planning on newborn family photos, I prefer white or cream tones. I always shoot siblings & Newborn Families on a white backdrop. White looks amazing on everyone and is simple and timeless. I do have some dresses available for little girls and moms. I also carry a range of shirts for dads & boys. I always suggest jeans or khaki pants for boys.
How long until our images are ready?
Your first proof gallery will be sent to you 2-3 weeks after your session. Your final online gallery with your enhanced images will be sent to you via email within 3-4 weeks after your session. Turnaround time will be longer in the Fall or Winter months. Any prints or products ordered will be delivered to your home in about 2-3 weeks from the time of ordering.
What format do you provide images in?
All digital images come in high resolution JPG files.
Do you recommend lab prints?
I highly suggest printing through my professional labs. Consumer labs will change the coloring and sometimes crop your images. There is a noticeable difference between the two. I do not suggest printing though any consumer labs such as Wall-Mart, Walgreens, or CVS. However, you have the right to print wherever you would like. If you choose to print at a consumer lab, I can not guarantee the coloring or any other issues you may have. I do guarantee the prints through my labs.
