Who’s the Photographer?

Hi! I’m Amber with Amber Star Photography. I specialize in photographing tiny humans and baby bumps, however, I have always had a passion for helping animals. My family and I are always willing to help when it comes to our furry (or not so furry) friends. We rescue, foster, and adopt when we can.

Pet Photo Fest started many years ago as a small fundraiser, using my photography skills to help local rescues. It has grown in the last couple of years and we have been able to help local rescues, who are always in need. Sadly, Houston is a dumping hub and it can be a battle trying to keep up. When we come together, we can make a HUGE difference.

ALL PROCEEDS ARE DONATED TO A LOCAL RESCUE. Every Pet Portrait is a huge help! So, spreading the word about Pet Photo Fest is so crucial. We rely solely on the community to help up advertise. We truly appreciate each and every one of you for continuing to support us and help us make our wonderful city a better place for these animals.

EVENT INFO:

COST: $30/ one pet portrait

Tickets will be available at the door.

CASH OR CREDIT CARDS

• 100% of the money is donated to a local rescue! {NO REFUNDS}

• Cash/Credit Card at the door.

• This includes 1 headshot of your pet. ALL PETS are welcome!

• One pet per portrait.

• Hands, leashes, collars will NOT be photoshopped out.

• All photos will be in a group gallery. Link will be on this page & social media.

• Photographer will choose the best image and add into the group gallery.

• ALL PETS MUST REMAIN ON A LEASH OR IN A KENNAL WHILE AT THE EVENT!

• Reptiles, Exotics & Cats get priority so they don’t get too stressed.

• This is a first come, first serve type event. You can get in the line when you arrive after checking in.

• Group Gallery is sent one month after the event date.

Gallery will be available one month after event date and will expire 2 months after being open.
